There are 2 Integrations between ALM Octane & Azure DevOps provided by Micro Focus:

1.Synchronization between Backlog Items from Azure DevOps to ALM Octane and vice versa – This Integration is using Micro Focus Connect

2.Continuous Integration of Azure DevOps acting as a pipeline and populating pipeline runs into ALM Octane
